Baking Class: Umeshu Tofu Chiffon (2nd Dec, Saturday)

Learn how to make our seasonal tofu chiffon in Umeshu flavour. Taught by Chef Heidi, in a private class setting (max 8 pax per class).

Time: 2 – 4 pm

You will get to bring home:

• a 21cm Umeshu Tofu Chiffon

An apron is provided and is to be returned after class. Takeaway boxes are provided for you to bring home your bakes. Please bring your own bag.

You will have to clean up your workstation and used equipment after the class.

Free flow of drinks (yes any drinks available on our menu!) will also be provided during the class.

6 slots are available per class. First-come first-serve basis. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no show, no refunds will be given.
