A dairy-free and gluten-free version of our signature tofu chiffon. Made with oat milk from local beans Oatside, Glutinous rice flour, and flavoured with Roasted soybean powder (Kinako).
Full ingredient list: Silken Tofu, Oat Milk, Glutinous rice flour, caster sugar, canola oil, eggs.
Chiffon may contain trace amounts of flour and milk as it is made in the same kitchen as our usual cakes.
Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
