If you’d like to learn baking techniques like what we use in our cakes, join us. We will teach you how to make your favourite cakes, using our philosophy of natural baking, ie no artificial chemicals, no artificial colouring.
Expect all classes to be hands-on, unless otherwise specified. Apron and equipment provided. *This August, for our very first baking class introduction, we have invited two Japanese master chefs from Kobe, Chef Fukuhara, and Chef Tanaka, to teach and share with us Japanese baking techniques. Together with Chef Heidi, they will be teaching the basics of Japanese patisserie, i.e. Sponge, Chiffon, Souffle, Decoration cake, and Millefeuille, over 5 classes. Each class is affixed a difficulty level so that you know what to expect. We look forward to sharing the joy of baking with you.*
